Welcome to Joystick Ice Lolly! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, purchase of products, and any related services. By visiting our website or making a purchase, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order on our website, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

  • Be located in Pakistan (unless we explicitly state we ship internationally).

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Availability

Our products are perishable food items. While we strive for accurate descriptions and images, slight variations in color, shape, or packaging may occur.
All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

    • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

    • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

    • For orders below Rs. 2,500, payment can be made in full upon delivery (Cash on Delivery) or via other methods available at checkout.

    • For orders of Rs. 2,500 or above, customers must pay 25% in advance to confirm the order, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery.

    • Advance payments can be made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any other method we provide.

    • Full payment must be received before dispatch for orders requiring full prepayment (e.g., bulk or special orders).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Pakistan only through Leopards, Postex, Barqraftaar, Rocket, and Trax courier services.

  • Standard delivery time: 4–5 working days after order processing.

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping applies to orders over the amount stated on our website.

  • Once handed over to our delivery partners, delays due to weather, traffic, or operational issues are beyond our control.

6. Perishable Product Policy

Since our products are perishable, please ensure you are available to receive the delivery.
We are not responsible for melting, spoilage, or quality changes caused by:

  • Delays in collecting the parcel after delivery attempt.

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Extended transit due to customer unavailability.

If the product is damaged due to our fault or during transit by our partner courier, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Perishable goods cannot be returned simply due to change of mind or taste preference.

  • To request a return, email joystickicelolly@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or products for unlawful purposes.

  • Violate intellectual property rights of Joystick Ice Lolly or third parties.

  • Spread false or misleading information about our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, product names, and text — is the property of Joystick Ice Lolly and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Losses caused by delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control.

  • Changes in product appearance or quality due to natural melting or climate during delivery.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
