At Joystick Ice lolly, our goal is to make sure your favorite products reach you quickly, safely, and hassle-free. The following policy outlines how we process, ship, and handle your orders within Pakistan.
1. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver only within Pakistan. Our trusted delivery partners — Leopards, Postex, Barqraftaar, Rocket, and Trax — work hard to ensure your package arrives on time and in good condition.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Processing: Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Transit: Once shipped, deliveries typically take 4–5 business days, depending on your location and courier efficiency.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, delivery times may extend by 1–2 extra business days.
3. Shipping Fees

Standard Rate: PKR 𝟵𝟵 per order.
4. Order Tracking
If you’d like to track your order, simply email us at joystickicelolly@gmail.com after your order is shipped, and we’ll provide your tracking details.
5. Areas We Cannot Ship To
We deliver to all locations in Pakistan that are serviceable by Leopards, Postex, Barqraftaar, Rocket, and Trax. If they do not cover your area, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or return.

Lost Parcels: In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will reship your order or issue a refund (for prepaid orders).
7. Expedited Delivery
At present, we offer only standard delivery and do not provide express shipping options.
